Fries in the Field: October 25th
Join Slow Food Hudson Valley in celebrating the harvest! We will be helping farmer Paul Wigsten at Wigsten Farm (1096 Salt Point Turnpike,
Pleasant Valley, New York) harvest potatoes --and making french fries in the field! YUM! It will be fun for the whole family! Bring your gardening gloves, a water bottle, your good cheer, a blanket or folding chairs (to sit on) and your favorite dipping sauce for french fries. You can bring your lunch too, if you like.
