The Huffington Post is looking for an editor with experience in graphic design to create buzz-worthy visuals for our major front page news stories. This editor will also sometimes file stories, follow news, and write headlines on our widely-read homepage. This position is based in NYC. HuffPost's front page updates constantly and features a diverse range of stories from all of our verticals as well as other sites around the web.

Candidates for this position should: - be fluent in Adobe Photoshop and able to create innovative visuals to accompany our news coverage - have a creative sense for enhancing headlines with eye-catching imagery - be passionate news junkies, familiar with all of the web's top news sites and blogs, and with current national politics and business news - be comfortable in a fast-paced, creatively demanding work environment that requires meticulous attention to detail - be knowledgeable about the content and headlines typically featured on HuffPost's front page The Huffington Post, a leading news and opinion website which in nearly five years has become an influential media brand.
